Senate House Passage is one of the most beautiful streets in Cambridge, restricted to bikes and pedestrians, and is a personal favourite of the artist. On the left is the Gate of Honour of Caius College, through which students pass to receive their degrees in the Senate House, shown right. The Gate of Honour hales from 1573 while building began on the Senate House in 1722.
